What exactly is the bootcamp?
It's a private group on both Facebook and/or in an app where you can log in to check in with your nutrition, workouts and superfoods to keep you accountable. There are other women in there with you on the same journey to a healthier, happier life.
There will be daily motivational, inspirational and positive encouragement posts that will keep you going when life gets challenging.
You will get access to 2 nutrition programs and your choice of superfoods and/or pre-workout and post-workouts recover shakes!
You will also get access to Beachbody On Demand - there are hundreds of workouts and 50+ programs for all levels, from brand new to advanced. I will help you choose the perfect program for your goals and fitness level.

There is something to be said about completing a program start to finish but don’t be afraid to try different options to find the right program to commit to! It’s much easier to be consistent when you love the workouts you’re doing and when the length of workouts & # of workouts/week realistically fit into your schedule.

Just like anyone else I have my days of dreading dragging my ass to the gym, or looking at my front porch home gym rolling my eyes, and especially running my God the running. But, I get my ass up do it and here we are 50 pounds lighter. Still fabulously curvy but most importantly comfortable in my own skin.
