What exactly is the bootcamp?

It's a private group on both Facebook and/or in an app where you can log in to check in with your nutrition, workouts and superfoods to keep you accountable. There are other women in there with you on the same journey to a healthier, happier life.


There will be daily motivational, inspirational and positive encouragement posts that will keep you going when life gets challenging.

How Does It Work?

You will get access to 2 nutrition programs and your choice of superfoods and/or pre-workout and post-workouts recover shakes!


You will also get access to Beachbody On Demand - there are hundreds of workouts and 50+ programs for all levels, from brand new to advanced. I will help you choose the perfect program for your goals and fitness level.


WHAT'S INCLUDED?

NUTRITION

  • Nutrition is the name of the game, which is why each program includes a meal plan!! Great news right!? There are two types of meal plans both of which are flexible and can fit into your busy lifestyle.
  • Additional resources are available via the Beachbody Nutrition+ App, as well as the ability to track your daily meals via program materials through BOD (above).
  • And the best part: no calorie counting, macro tracking, or weighing your food. We focus on mindful eating and portion control. We keep things SIMPLE and SUSTAINABLE!


WORKOUTS

  • Beachbody On Demand is our online workout streaming program- similar to Netflix!
  • You will get access to over 75+ full workout programs that range from 3 weeks to 90 days.
  • The workouts can be done from HOME OR THE GYM!
  • There is something for everyone. They range from HIIT, to cardio, weightlifting, dance, yoga, prenatal/postnatal, bikini competition prep and more!
  • Option to join virtual LIVE Interactive classes and even be part of the "BOD CAST"
